Our R2 cables get their name from 'Reduce, Reuse, Recycle', as they will either be made from mostly re-used or off-cut parts that would otherwise have been recycled, so purchasing one of these cables helps us to reduce waste and avoid recycling thus 2x R's = R2. This makes all R2 cables different from each other as the wire and parts can all be different as well as a mix of new and used parts, so make sure to check the description below:

For this specific R2 cable, it is mostly comprised of a 2.5m off-cut of a stock Sennheiser cable, that has the original 3.5mm threaded plug with screw up 6.35mm adapter, and at the headphone end we simply terminated it with a new Rean 3-pin mini-XLR to give it a new life. Both parts are in new condition, as the reason we have this off-cut cable is from building a very short custom build from new using the original headphone end.

All our ready-made cables with like for like made-to-order cables available are discounted by at least 5%, as the R2 does not have made-to-order availability the price is not related to any discount as there is no standard price to discount against, but they are still priced at a discounted rate. All our cables are soldered using lead-free silver solder (4% silver) to ensure the best quality joins for both signal and strength. This cable comes with our standard 12-month warranty.

Dispatch time: We aim to ship out ready-made goods like this within 1 working day of payment (HOWEVER please be aware that if you order this product with another product that had a longer lead time, such as a made-to-order cable, the longer lead time will apply to the whole order). If we are unable to ship within 1 working day (which means by the following working day not same day or next day), then you would be notified by email of the expected ship-by date.
