A balanced adapter by ddHiFi, this listing is for the XLR44B (2022 Version), an adapter that has a 4.4mm female TRRRS socket to male 4-pin XLR (balanced) plug, ideal for converting existing balanced 4.4mm cables to balanced XLR. This type of adapter is super short and offer a design that uses an inhouse ddHiFi design XLR connector, with a 4.4mm socket at the rear. It also feature gold plated contacts, and comes sealed inside a cardboard storage box.

The 4.4mm TRRRS socket is compatible with cables that use a 4.4mm pentaconn-type connector, such as those designed for certain modern balanced players and amps, such as Sony NW-WM1Z, NW-WM1A, PHA-2A and TA-ZH1ES, Astell&Kern KANN ALPHA.
